1. 30% Advance Deposit Requirement

Before BHC Studioz allocates engineering resources, begins architectural planning, wireframing, UI/UX design, or code development, the client must remit an advance payment equal to 30% of the total agreed project estimate.

Project discovery, repository initialization, and timeline commitments will officially commence only after the 30% advance deposit reflects in our account.

2. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy

Once any payment is received by BHC Studioz—including but not limited to the 30% advance deposit, intermediate milestone payments, hourly retainers, or final balance payments—no refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be granted under any circumstances.

This non-refundable policy applies to all project scenarios, including:

• Project cancellation or decision changes by the client at any phase.
• Delays in client feedback, missing content, or changed internal priorities.
• Third-party service changes (e.g., API deprecations, external hosting vendor changes).
• Early termination of contract by either party.

3. Milestone & Payment Schedules

Project payments are structured into distinct milestone stages outlined in your project agreement:

• Milestone 1 (Kickoff): 30% Advance Deposit (Mandatory prior to start).
• Milestone 2 (Mid-Project / Beta): 40% upon completion of core features & staging preview.
• Milestone 3 (Final Launch): 30% prior to production deployment & final code transfer.

Invoices are payable within 7 calendar days of issuance. Work on subsequent project phases will pause if an invoice remains outstanding.

4. Cancellation & Intellectual Property Handover

If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, BHC Studioz retains all funds received. Ownership of any code, design files, or architectural blueprints created up to the cancellation date will be transferred to the client only if all work performed to date has been fully paid for.

BHC Studioz provides custom web development, mobile application development, custom software engineering, UI/UX design, and cloud setup services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets are agreed upon in writing via formal proposal or project statement of work.

3. Advance Deposit & Payment Conditions

All projects require a mandatory 30% advance deposit prior to project initiation. Payments made to BHC Studioz are strictly non-refundable once received, as governed by our Refund & Payment Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities & Timelines

Clients are required to provide necessary brand assets, API credentials, content, and prompt feedback. Delivery timelines provided by BHC Studioz are dependent on timely client response. Delays caused by missing client inputs do not constitute a breach by BHC Studioz.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon 100% full final payment of the agreed project cost, all custom codebase, custom UI/UX design assets, and client-specific graphics created for the project are assigned to the Client. BHC Studioz retains rights to pre-existing developer tools, framework modules, and general software libraries.

6. Third-Party Services & Hosting Costs

Expenses for third-party hosting (AWS, GCP, Vercel), domain names, SSL certificates, paid APIs, software licenses, or payment gateways are the sole financial responsibility of the Client and are not included in BHC Studioz development fees unless specified.

7. Warranty & Post-Launch Support

BHC Studioz provides a 30-day post-launch warranty covering bug fixes for issues arising directly from delivered code that diverges from the agreed scope. Ongoing feature development, third-party breaking updates, or user errors require a separate maintenance contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BHC Studioz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or operational downtime. Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by Client to BHC Studioz for the specific project.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
